Booking Conditions
At the time of booking :
To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card number is required as a guarantee. It may be used in the event of a no-show.
Upon arrival :
An ID matching the name on the credit card may be requested at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (by email or post); the date the written notice is received will determine the date of cancellation.
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to the first night.
- In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- Any commenced stay is due in full. No refund will be given for early departure.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m
We will do our best to have your room ready as early as possible and no later than 3:00 p.m.
If you expect to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please inform us in advance.
Check-out: by 11:00 a.m
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Luggage storage is available.

- Late Check-out Without Prior Agreement Will Be Charged As Follows:
- 50% of one night’s rate until 2:00 p.m.
- 100% of one night’s rate after 2:00 p.m.
Unreported Charges
Any unreported consumption (e.g. breakfast) will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express
Cash
French holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances & ANCV Connect), limited to €150 per stay
The hotel does not offer currency exchange.
Consumer Information
In accordance with Article R.156-1 of the French Consumer Code, after contacting Hôtel Les Rives Bleues with a complaint and if no satisfactory response is received within one month, the client may refer the matter to the consumer mediator listed below:
